Updating your installation demands careful preparation and planning where we will search for a solution-focused working method in consultation with you that leads to the shortest possible disruption of your dewatering process. A mobile installation can, for example, be deployed that will temporarily take over your process. The implementation phase will take between a few days to a few weeks. Your installation can be updated on site but also in our own workshop depending on your situation. Below you will find a few typical components that can play an important role with regard to installation updates in addition to the replacement of, for example, pumps and PLC technology.
1. Rollers Running in rollers related to a filter belt press often has great consequences for the control and working life of a spiral belt or woven belt. Spirofil will update rollers so that they can again be deployed for many years. Shaft journal repairs are, for example, also possible.
2. Frame & Bearing Houses Both the load-bearing structural parts (the frame) and, for example, bearing houses will suffer during the dewatering process. Spirofil repairs these components and will provide them with new coats (blasting, galvanising, coating, etc.).
3. Tensioning Device & Control Device Both de tensioning and the control device of the belt are subject to wear and tear. These devices are often pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical in nature. Spirofil will again adjust these systems and, if required, will add new components.
